Serves 4

Ingredients

400 grs. ground beef (or pork or half and half)

8. Bake for 1 hr.
9. Cool slightly and unmold onto a plate or tray and add a little grill to brown the bacon.
10. Serve.

NOTE: I used a pyrex glass, but if they use an aluminum mold is to bake for about 40-45 min. They can play with the amount of ingredients depending on the size of its cast.
