JELLY'S KITCHEN LIGHT CUCUMBER MARTINI
CUCUMBER JELLY LIGHT

Ingredients
30 grams.
gelatin 1 cup.
granulated splenda 2 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded
juice of 2 lemons
3 cup button.
water 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Hydrate the gelatin in 1 / 2 tza. cold water for 15 minutes.
2. Blend one of the cucumbers with 1 cup water and lemon juice.
3. Strain and reserve.
4. Grate the cucumber and other cover the bottom of a mold for gelatin (or several individuals). Book.
5. Heat the remaining water when it boils, remove from heat and add the gelatin hydrated.
6. Stir until it dissolves and is fully integrated.
7. Add sugar and salt gradually as rain.
8. Add cucumber water. Integrate everything perfectly.
9. Add a bit of gelatin into the mold and freeze a few minutes. This will help the cucumber is at the top of our jelly.
10. Add remaining gelatin and chill until set.
11. Serve with lemon, chile piquin or chamoy.
