Lcd Screen Black Places At Bottom

Donita THOUSAND AND ONE FOR MY FIRST PRIZE

After a couple of weeks to have the abandoned blog I'm back ... I believe this to be custom made me, hahaha ... But now I've really had a lot of work since February 14 (day of love and friendship), like Christmas, is very demanding. Well, I wanted to return with another cake, this time the gift from my sister who celebrated her birthday on 4 February.

When I was a kid wanted to like almost all children have a sibling. Almost 6 years enjoyed the privilege of being an only child and do not know why my parents had not been applied in the work to give me a little brother ... To confess that you ever thought to take ... We were living a few months in Celaya, Guanajuato. by the work of my father But we had to return to the capital and that's where my mom realized she was pregnant ... Yes, nothing more and nothing less than was our cajeta de Celaya;) Well, I must confess that I was very happy and I still remember the very day that led us to an amusement park (think it was Atlantis) my sister was born in the hospital. Upon returning to my grandparents' house I found my new Nenuco ... Swollen, red, eyes half open and bellowed that what horror .... But it was my adoration! I remember clearly after having thrown a pillow at night crying and then I felt I had taken my parents' affection and attention Everything ... We went through a lot and fought a lot, especially because the age difference: while I was a child, she was a baby, when she was a child, I was a teenager, and when she was a teenager I was quite a "lady" (según. ..) and I must say that now we are more matched, but sometimes there are clear differences.

So here's the cupcake Mona, was named by our friend Oscar: the Arabian Donita :)

As I love chocolate, I made a chocolate bread Swiss, fluffy, smooth and delicious flavor. Were two loaves of 25 cm in diameter. Each a split it in two and stuffed with dulce de leche homemade and natural vanilla. In the middle I put a delicate strawberry cheesecake that melted in the mouth ...

I covered with brandy chocolate ganache and decorated it with more strawberries .. I must confess that I got a pie bomb, giant ... I had to put something around because it was waaaay spaced ... So I thought buying a bimbo Donita, the kind that are dusted with powdered sugar, and split them in half. The result ...

The truth is that not for nothing but it was awesome ... After singing the traditional happy birthday, would not bite him because it was a bit dangerous. The cake was so tall that his head could dive to get lost in it ... Want a taste?

The truth is that I love experimenting in the kitchen, sometimes the results are not very good but in this case I think we were all in love with this innovation of cake. I hope you try:)

And this post is dedicated to my dear sister whom I truly love in spite of everything. Thanks for being my sister, my friend, my confidant. Thank you for sharing so many moments and many accomplishments. I could not have had a better sister than you. I LOVE YOU MONA:)

TAMALES AND DAY LA CANDELARIA

In Mexico, Candlemas Day is customary, who won the baby Jesus in the rosca de reyes, have a party (traditionally based on tamales and atole, both products of corn). This tradition has Hispanic roots, in many villages people have ears to church to be blessed in order to sow their grain in the agricultural cycle begins, as the February 2 coincides with the eleventh day of the first month of the ancient Aztec calendar when it held some tlaloques gods, as Fray Bernardino de Sahagun. In central Mexico it is customary to dress the baby Jesus's birth and bring Christmas to hear Mass, after which is placed in a niche where he remained the rest of the year.

whole ritual that signifies the celebration of Candlemas Day is the result of syncretism of two cultures and religions: Catholic, referring to when the Virgin Mary carried the baby Jesus to the temple, and Hispanic, which is brought tamales to worship the gods.

Hispanic tradition that was established to bring tamales when worship of Tlaloc to Chalchiuhtlicue (god of water) and tlaloques (first assistants), who shed rain upon the earth thereby ensuring good harvests. This festival is associated with and integrates the Catholic celebration that also matches with the fertility of land and water benefits.

The antecedent to dress the baby Jesus VI century, when it began the Feast of the Purification of the Virgin Mary and Child Jesus appeared in the temple of Jerusalem, which it then spread to countries Middle East. Years later, he is holding came to Rome, where it became part of the litany. Later in the ninth century, he said the blessing ceremony of the candles, where word Party derives Candlemas Day.
