last week walked to idle at home and well, for my days work, leisure, fun and as de-stressing is cooking:) I asked my sister what was seemed ... "Pudding!" she cried ... and well, I decided to make one of his favorite pudding that my mother always made us since childhood. Ah, what memories! We came home from school, we quitábamos the uniform and were about to eat ... I loved the food my mom (well, except when he fell into a routine and creativity of the dishes was zero) but I always looked forward to were crazy delicious desserts:) I remember my dad told us that newly married, as my mom worked, I cooked the weekend toooda week: a stew but only an infinite variety of desserts for each day:)

Utensils: flanera of 20 cm in diameter
Ingredients
1 / 2 tza.
sugar 90 grs.
1 cup cream cheese.
milk 1 can (397 grs.) milk 4 eggs
Preparation
1. Pour the sugar over of pan and place over low heat to make a light caramel.
2. Cover the sides and bottom of pan.
3. Cool.
4. Blend cheese, milk and eggs.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Cover and cook in a water bath for one hour or until a toothpick to get the center comes out clean. If done in pressure cooker, it will take 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Cool and unmold.
The truth is that it is facilitated to make and if can add instant coffee like when liquify it for a different flavor. At the end is given a splash of Kahlua caramel;)
